“I value building trusting relationships with patients and their families. As a team, we will collaborate to develop the best care plan to meet their individual health needs. My goal is to provide education and guidance so patients can be active participants in their care and make well-informed health care decisions.”

Lauren was very into listening to my concerns and came up with a plan to help me get back on track. I thought I may have had a kidney issue. However, it turned out to be a back issue.
