Dr. Johnson is a very caring and an Informative physician. I've seen Dr. Johnson for years and feel very comfortable and grateful to have him.

I have been seeing the same provider for many years and have always been very pleased with my treatment by him and all of the staff.

The nurse called me right away after my lab results were ready.

I was highly impressed with how quickly I was able to see Dr. Johnson after receiving some test results from an orthopedic doctor.The level of respect concern, kindness and professionalism was shown to me by every employee I encountered through the prohealth system during the last two weeks. I have received a phone call with follow up information and responses very quickly when I messaged on my chart with request and questions.

The clinic has just completed remodeling. Where you need to check in has changed. The check in people need to be more helpful. Where you check in used to be for small group of doctors ; now it's for the whole building. So a sign needs to be placed somewhere saying CHECK IN. Then you need to be told where the waiting room close to your doctors office is. Not given a choice between a group of places. I use a Walker and did not understand where the waiting area closest to my doctor was. Oh and someone should teach the check=in people to be professional and not be spending their time talking to each other.

Dr. Johnson had a very nice manner about him -

I don't take many prescriptions, if needed to talk about them (only 1) I take the initiative.

Dr Johnson has a calming demeanor which lowers any anxiety one could have in a doctor's office. I hope he doesn't retire in my lifetime!!! He is like a family friend!!
