At this annual event, we celebrate and remember our loved ones who passed away at ProHealth AngelsGrace Hospice, our hospital hospice or ProHealth Home Hospice.

If you would like to sponsor a handcrafted ceramic angel placed on our Angel Tree of Remembrance in memory of your loved one, please complete the donation form below.

We are pleased to announce we will once again hold an in-person event, so family members can help decorate the tree if they choose to. Gather with us!

We ask that you RSVP by Nov. 18, 2024. Replies received after that date are not guaranteed to be named in the service, but an angel will be hung on the tree.

It was a privilege for our hospice staff and volunteers to care for your loved one.

The proceeds from this event benefit our Community Care Program, which ensures that no one will be denied compassionate, end-of-life care due to a lack of financial resources.
