When you use Bill Pay, you can:

• Manage all of your family’s ProHealth hospital and physician bills in one place.
• View details about your visits and insurance explanation of benefits so you can clearly see what you owe.
• Access or print your monthly statements at any time.
• Enable "text to pay" in your communication preferences to receive notifications and make full or partial payments by text.
• Arrange payment plans to pay balances over time, if eligible.
• See your payment history and details of your payment plans.
