Excellent doctor!

Dr. Sabah Syed saw me for a routine checkup with efficient timing because my primary is no longer available. I needed a blood test to continue receiving my Thyroid medication from the Pharmacy. Everything I needed was completed on the same day, and she was very kind and compassionate.

Wish I would have been given handouts or links to internet sites regarding my health concern. Wanted more info.

Dr. Sabah Syed is very professional. She takes my feelings into consideration when helping me make health decisions. She LISTENS and is incredibly knowledgeable.

I specifically said that while I know that my condition has a tie to weight gain, and while I know I have excess weight, I was more concerned about the fatigue. She spent the entire visit discussing the weight issue, suggesting GLP-1s, and trying to get me to take them. I said I was not interested, and the reasons why I did not want to take the GLP-1s, and she continued to press them. When I asked again about the fatigue, I was told that if I lost the weight, I would feel less tired. I felt like I was not heard and will not be back.

Dr. Syed has helped me understand my medical issues and has called to find out how I am doing. I am very impressed with her follow-ups - I need further follow-up in another state and she is trying to find another source to help me out. I am hoping she can do that. I am trying also. I have never had a doctor who goes out of their way for a patient.

Everything went good, wish she wouldn't wear the mask a little trouble understanding what she said.

I have a hearing problem so Dr. Syed is a little hard for me to understand. All issues were resolved by use of MyChart messaging Dr. Syed was helpful and understanding.

Well informed thorough seemed interested caring polite in helping me she knew my history kind - soft spoken good follow up.

Was told I would get a call about my lab work that never happened.
