"Working in partnership with patients, I strive to empower them to make evidence-based health care decisions that address their concerns in all facets of their lives – mind, body and spirit. I chose family medicine because of the intimate and life-long relationships that develop between patients and physicians, and believe that this familiarity leads to better outcomes. It is a privilege to care for a diverse patient population."

Dr. Sullivan-Green is a resident physician - a doctor who has graduated from medical school and is working in a medical setting while obtaining advanced education and training.
