The provider I saw for this surgery spent 2 minutes in the office with me. My PCP spent 5 minutes in the office with me for a physical. What a joke.

Respected my time and what I had to say. Felt heard and what my goals were. Well informed with the options and the plan moving forward. Staff apologized for a few minutes behind that I didn't notice.
