My copay requirements since last year have changed. You have not updated your records to reflect this change. Months after an appointment, your office will refund an overpayment. Why are you wasting time and money on an unnecessary display of stubbornness? To me, this shows a disrespect of health care resources.

Weird that this office inside the clinic had 2 or 3 reception windows, which I approached, and then was directed to a kiosk to check in. Not very friendly.

I hated the kiosk check in. Please get rid of it or at least do not make me use it. Very frustrating to have to do that instead of just check in.
