Philosophy of care

“I was drawn to the field of OB/Gyn while growing up listening to the stories of my mother, a labor and delivery nurse. As a physician, I have found the same love of obstetrics — from the excitement of a positive test, through pregnancy, whether normal or complicated, to the miracle of every birth. I also enjoy educating and treating my patients with regard to their gynecological health. I understand that every problem, from a teenager’s first heavy period to a mature woman’s embarrassment by leaking urine, requires careful listening followed by education and a discussion of possible treatment options"
