Using MyChart to communicate about my change in Medical & Prescription Insurance was great, until MyChart was down for maybe 24 hours. Suddenly I realized how much I have come to depend on MyChart.

This was a phone visit so I answered accordingly. There were no office staff but answered as if there were as there was a welcome e-mail and scheduling phone call. Those were easy to follow and nice.
