I wanted new hearing aides from my heath care provider. The person I saw could not provide this service and I think she should have told me that when I made the appointment. I waited 6 months for nothing!

All of the people I interacted with were very happy.

Wish I could have secured an earlier appointment scheduled for the afternoon (after 12pm). My origina "afternoon" l appointment (which took 3 months to get) was cancelled due to provider's illness which forced me to take an appointment earlier in the day. Due to my upside down sleep schedule, morning appointments are extremely difficult for me.I understand things happen and just "went with the flow" as it is said. Dr. Jones is outstanding so that might have played with the inability to secure a earlier appointment at a time to my liking.

I did not answer question 19 because I don't know if Dr. Kimberly Jones, who is an audiologist and I saw for the first time, had my medical records.

Dr. Jones was referred to me by a relative who saw her a while before me. He couldn't say enough wonderful things about her and boy was he right!!

Kimberly was most kind and knowledgable. I would recommend her to friends and family. She was reassuring and provided education regarding my condition.
