Michelle provided a good experience when visiting with her for my follow up from the ER. Overall I'm not very happy that with all the testing I did I was told there was nothing jumping out at them or raising any flags that needed to be treated. I sent my labs over to another provider I see through a different clinic and they right away found that I have an infection. Also, with my ER visit I am not happy with how while I was withering in severe pain they were asking me to pay my bill right then and there. I think that is very discourteous to ask someone to pay their bill while they're still in pain and you haven't helped them

Michelle and I talked of ways I can march my health forward. I like her level of knowledge coupled with her caring hand & listening ears. Michelle gave me info I needed and I want more of that from ProHealth..ways to not just keep me healthy I strive for ultra health and I put in the work..i want ProHealth to keep putting in that work to tell me things about ultra health; to be the experts for me and my health. ProHealth please advocate for your patients and me; get insurance companies to pay for ultra health with it's newer tools and modalities..ie weight loss clinic Michelle referred me to PHC's new weight loss clinic but said there is an out of pocket cost to me.. I do not like that. Patient's like me pay for insurance coverage and then have to pay again to try and be healthier. I am tired of this American healthcare model of waiting until I am sick to have insurance pay. I am tired also of the pill for every ill model..I want ProHealth to lead in the arena of ultra health choices and coverages of costs. Thank you

My main doctor was on vacation, so I saw the nurse practioner. I had seen her one other time and thought it was important to get an evaluation for some symptoms I was having and not wait. After a urine test, it came back suspicious for an infection and she prescribed a medicine I had one other time. It was the right thing to do and I am feeling much better.
