The doctor's nurse was extremely helpful, professional, courteous, kind, and very personable! Dr. Kristin was extremely detailed on my health issues and went above and beyond to determine solutions to help with my health concerns and conditions! Dr. Kristin gave me hope for things that I thought would be unattainable. She definitely tries to put all the puzzle pieces together to achieve a full puzzle! She is an excellent asset to my Prohealth care team of doctors and specialists!!

We started in urgent care and the receptionist was extremely, extremely unhelpful. My family and I receive ALL our medical care at ProHealth care and I've never been treated so second class anywhere. Ever. Shame on you guys. Patients have the ability to shop around and your staff should act appropriately.

I made the appointment with my primary doctor's PA because he was on vacation and because I thought I had a case of thrush on my tongue. I have knee replacement scheduled soon and wanted to get it cleared up quickly. She quickly dismissed having thrush and suggested I rinse my mouth with salt water. Then she proceeded to listen to my heart and quickly asked if anyone had told me I have a heart murmur. I said "no" and she said "Well, you have!" and wanted me to have an echo cardiogram. She was abrupt and I am not happy!
