Friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable staff from receptionist to nurses. Brief wait time. Dr. Cooper was efficient, but not in a hurry. Facility is easy to get to...about a 20 minute drive from home.Scheduling appointment was easy. When I told the customer service person that I called what my concern was, she got me an appointment within 2 days.
