This was probably the best overall experience I have had at a doctors visit. From the moment I walked into the lobby and was greeted with a welcoming smile, to the nurse, to Dr. Coon herself. I was extremely impressed with not just the service but demeanor and welcoming nature of each person I had the pleasure to engage with. I am glad I have chosen Dr. Coon and ProHealth as my care provider.

Dr. Coon had fully reviewed my records prior to my visit. She was thorough in her questions and very informative when suggesting my care moving forward. She listened well and explained the benefits of her suggested care in easy to understand terminology. I plan to keep Dr. Coon long term.

I am very happy with the medical care I have received from Dr. Coon. She is always kind, always thoroughly answers any questions and thoroughly addresses any concerns I have about my health. She is a healthcare provider I can always trust. She is a doctor who truly cares about her patients and their health. Unlike a few doctors I have seen in the past, Dr. Coon makes It a point to actively listen to her patients and their concerns. I also would like to say that the medical assistant, lab technician/phlebotomist and the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. I have had nothing but positive experiences at the Hartland Clinic where Dr. Coon practices.

Dr Coon and staff were wonderful. First time seeing her as my Dr left the Delafield office. Didn't have a good connection with former Dr. A great connection with Dr Coon and her staff. A very comfortable experience for once. Thank you.
