Really appreciated Kirsten's help. She went out of her way to help me with a mole. This saved me from having to come back for a second appointment

Kirsten Collins is very thorough and thoughtful. She didn't hesitate to order tests and put in referral. There was a follow up call to go over test results.

Very thorough provider. Listened to me and put in for tests I was suppose to have. Easy to talk to

I was asked to pay an estimated amount for my care before I saw a provider and the self check would not let me proceed without paying get rid of that idea.

I really appreciated my post-op visit with Kirsten Collins, APNP. She is not my regular GP, but she took the time to familiarize herself with my surgical procedure and the difficulties I experienced in conjunction with It. She called my surgeon to discuss medication options at home because pain management in the hospital had been totally inadequate. She made every effort to ensure I could move forward on a smoother path for recovery. She was very caring and kind, and I knew I was in good, professional hands. That is worth gold to any patient who is compromised by pain and/or post-op mobility constraints.

I did not feel that my visit was rushed through. The provider spoke calmly and slowly and listened to what I had to say.

NP Collins was very thorough in explaining my diverticulitis and how to take care of myself. She explained a diet to follow & also to retake my blood test for liver abnormality.
