My concern with this visit was time management. My appt was 10:35. I was taken to a room at 11:05. I was seen by the doc at11:20. The nurse, the doc and the tech were excellent but I wish someone on the admin staff would have told me the doc was running quite behind. My BP was elevated when checked by the nurse which now is in my records. Luckily I was still able to make my afternoon appt on time.

Family care doctors at ProHealth seem to be rushed to get patients in & out of the office and don't spend the necessary time as I've witnessed & experienced w/myself & other family members. Area of opportunity given competitive landscape.

Rates are too high for not even being able to do a complete allergy test.

During my last visit I had an allergic reaction to the shot, requiring an epi-pen. The doctor was all over it, and her calmness and caring was amazing. Can't thank her and the team enough for getting me back to stable.

Mary Burnett is awesome! However it is so hard to get in with her as she is so popular. I wish there were more physicians like her in allergy!

This was my first visit to Dr. Burnett. My allergist of 35+ years retired and Dr. Burnett in my network & office convenient to find. She updated & simplified my asthma care plan & gave new info. on my daily anti-histamine (made it PRN) very satisfied in EVERY way.

When my allergist retired I looked hard for someone I could trust, and Dr. Burnett is the best so thankful for her!
