The receptionist while scheduling my next appointment was not very pleasant. When I asked a question she seemed annoyed and gave a very short response.

Great experience with the dr. Bad experience setting up follow up tests. Call the prohealth number given or respond with CALL BACK numbers and NO extension for the person that left the message. Round and round calling numbers that were left on voice mail but but the wrong facility! Transferred to wrong location, on hold again, go through the menu AGAIN.some options to dial still wont get you to a person you are trying to reach. When I did reach a person first available was in December!! Told this person to type a note to my DR. That even he had told me he was fast tracking my follow up test. Only then did his office get me set for a follow up the next week.
