“As a nurse practitioner, my goal is to provide compassionate, individualized care by acknowledging that every patient and their situation is unique. I believe in being a strong advocate for my patients and their loved ones, and educating them on their conditions and treatment options.”

There is no one at this clinic to do lab - Blood draws. Unable to find a lab technician. I must go to another facility to get lab work - VERY INCONVENIENT.

This was a virtual visit for medicine check to get rx refill. We changed providers and this new provider was hesitant to fill sone rx related to dermatology. So frustrating to have to schedule another appt just to get a refill

Jill was very easy to talk to. She was knowledgeable with all my questions and listened to what I was saying. She seems like a very caring type of person.

There was no line of any other person waiting an was directed to check in at kiosk which was not ideal while dealing with a child. I could also hear the receptionist talking about me while I was waiting which seemed very unprofessional.
