Advanced practice nurse practitioner Sanford-Smith is married with three children and a dog. She enjoys being outside with her family doing yardwork and home improvement projects, and keeps active by biking, hiking and skiing. Her bucket list incudes traveling to as many national parks as possible.

I'm not happy with the medication I was given and stopped it. I warned the nurse practitioner I tried it once before and had to stop it and couldn't remember why. It cost $30.00 and I took it 2 days. Disappointed again!

Mrs. Sanford-Smith was excellent, she gave me guidance in "the rules of normal eating" which I have since obtained a copy. Also her "assistant" that saw me just prior was very helpful.

Hi, would have liked her to tell me that my illness would take this long to get rid of. It has been almost 2 weeks and I had an upcoming colonoscopy that I was worried about to be rid of this cold and plugged ears. I tried using My Chart and no one really got back to me for a week.

Since my primary care physician retired I have been unable to experience the same, fully engaged care and compassion. I feel I found it in Ms. Sanford-Smith APNP.
