I don't understand the point of checking on prior to arriving as you still have to check in at the gross, dirty, self check in kiosk. And if you just click im here' on your phone, they still call you over and verify everything. Get rid of the self check in kiosks, they are gross and they don't save any time. Half the people using them have no idea how to work them and it's just an overall waste of time at al ProHealth locations. Why would you want people to touch germ infested kiosks when someone still checks you in: it didn't eliminate anything except add a layer of germs to your visit. Get rid of them.
