Very pleased with every aspect of my visit. Staff were very respectful and very patient with me. Just a great visit overall.

While in the waiting room, another patient had a BM while walking, leaving a trail behind. I informed the receptionist and 3 people came out immediately to clean up the mess. They used signage and PPE as they cleaned both the waiting room and the bathroom.

Felt very comfortable and felt concern about my health care and anything that would improve my quality of life as an old person. I hate going to doctor or dentist but never feel any discomfort or concerns, I always feel Lucas cares and is looking out for my best interest and he makes me feel relaxed and well cared for .

I had been to urgent care days before coming to see Lucas. I wasn't getting better. Lucas changed a few things and within 24 hours, I was feeling much better! He really listened to me and seemed genuinely I in what I had to say! In addition, he uncovered another problem I was having and referred me to a specialist. I feel he went above and beyond his duties when he had me follow up with a second test and referred me to a urologist. Lucas gets an A+ from me!!

Lucas ALWAYS knows my past history during a visit and listens to my concerns. He excels at his profession as a PA and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Ebert was very helpful and showed concern for my problem. He was also very caring. He also, asked to follow up with him in a week to decide if steps helped or if we need to chose another course of action.
