Great experience, wonderful staff

A diagnostic test was ordered for me and I was told that department would contact me to schedule it, but they did not and I ended up having to call.

Dr Morgan forgot to examine a sore in my gums that were on the list of concerns we made at the start of the exam. I realized this when I got to the lobby. I mentioned this to the clerk at the desk, who made some attempts to find a way to see Dr Morgan for the 2-3 min this would take. He seemed to mumble as he searched and then said something about going into mychart to arrange a new appointment, rather then to just call Dr Morgan's assistance to workin completion of my exam. At this point I lost my patience and walked out. Very unhappy with the unprofessionalism (cant hear because of the plexiglass screen since COVID start and the inability to come up with a quick resolution).

Dr Morgan and his staff are the best. They always know who you are and what you are visiting for.

Dr. Morgan is one of the best physicians I've ever had. He takes the time to get to know his patience. He understands what is going on with his patients health or issues they make him in with. His bedside manner is excellent. He's always very friendly and he always explains everything so that you can understand it, what I call that is he idiot proof it so that anybody can understand it. He's very thorough.

Dr. Stephen Morgan is an excellent physician - my favorite. His support staff are wonderful - professional and friendly!

Our appointments were at 7:00 and 7:15. The guy that checked us in was very slow, courteous but slow. We were the only ones there and I can't imagine what it would be like if it was busy.

I've known Dr Morgan for many many years and he is always kind and thorough. He never makes me feel rushed or unheard

Great personal care...empathetic and sincere.Staff was informative and helped ease any tension with small talk.Xray tech was very careful and considerate of my pain while still trying to get the best picture. Over all a very positive experience.

My provider gives me total detention to both my physical and mental experiences. He gives me his full attention when I bring him questions about my health and suggest the best outcome for me. I think very highly of him and respect his opinion.

The receptionist person I checked in with apparently did not tell the doctor I was there. I waited at least 20-25 minutes before asking about this; the woman I spoke to said she was a trainee and I would need to take my concern to someone else, but all other receptionists were busy/on the phone. It was a couple more minutes before someone addressed the concern. My doc and his nurse apologized profusely.
