When I talked to the triage RN about my symptoms, she thought I should be seen that day. I wasn't expecting it, but very pleased. Didn't see my regular primary, but Dr. G was great - got X-ray, blood work & consulted my GI dr. to make things happen!

I for my own reason do not get all my prescriptions from the same Pharmacy. The specific Pharmacy Im referring to here is CenterWell. Their system if not kept in check would have my supply of Medications doubled the amount on hand needed. I have worked with the Prohealth staff to identify which medication I want from which Pharmacy. For whatever reason the prescription written during my appointment when to CenterWell Humana) when they should have gone to Walmart. One of the Medication were just filled at Walmart. Yesterday I received a text from CenterWellSaying an order was processed for this sameMedication. What do I have to do to keep Medication and Pharmacy straight???

He always takes the time to listen to concerns, make sure I'm staying healthy and not following the path of my family history. Plus, he will always take my concerns and address them during the visit or if not sure he will explore them after my visit and get back to me. These are just some is the great reasons why we've kept him as our family physician for 25 yrs. Our kids have grown up having him as their Dr and loved him as well. They continue to see now as adults.

Dr. Grossklaus is always so nice, concerned, helpful and professional when I see him. Not only is he a wonderful doctor, he is an amazing person. I feel very fortunate to have such an excellent hero in my LIFE. Thank You.
