This visit was a great visit. I needed to be seen by a Dr or NP and I was able to get an appointment. Normally, I would have to be sent to Urgent Care or the Hospital. It's nice when you need to see a Dr for care you're able to see someone in your care team and not be sent off to Urgent Care. NP Andrea Pollpeter fixed the problem that I was having and made sure I was well cared for. I didn't feel like I was just a number and sent off to Urgent Care. Thank you for seeing me and for your excellent care. It sure makes a difference when I was able to see my team of providers instead of someone else.

I had an issue with getting a prescription renewed the week before Labor Day and during the weekend of Labor Day. After my complaint over that matter, things have been handled very well.
