Hearing test results and to get answers/calls back from doctor/nurses could be improved! Need to be more prompt! I had to call for 3 weeks straight, leaving messages, to get test results. Dr. Longeway is AWESOME!

Get new receptionists they don't listen to me or don't understand me then they are rude.

Dr. tried to aspirate lump on bursar sac (left shoulder). No liquid, then ordered an ultrasound. I mentioned constipation too. Very professional, kind with good humor (dr.) Triage nurse Maureen very helpful.

My doctor and nurses are well versed in my condition. They all treat me with love and care. When I cry they are always there to comfort me. I will never go to anyone else. Driving 170 mi. round trip is worth it!

Dr. Longeway is the most awesome doctor I have ever had. Many of my family members say the same thing about her. All of the staff there are great.
