Very happy with ProHealth as a whole.

Lisa is an excellent provider. She listens to my concerns - is very attentive and always gets back to me and "finds" a plan to keep my mental health going right direction.

It is very convenient to be able to do a video visit with this provider since it is usually only a 10 min. appointment. I have an 11 month old and a 7 yr. old so this makes my life easier.

Please allow this provider the ability to have more openings for appointments

Always have a great visit with Lisa. She is always ready to hear my concerns and can almost read my mind when I'm describing something to her. I feel that I can say anything to her and not have it "used against me". She makes suggestions that we discuss and conclusions that we both are comfortable with. She treats me like an Intelligent person but can also laugh about some things so my visits with her are Informative and comfortable which Is what I need in a med check. I am more likely to tell her things I wouldn't tell someone else.

I feel that she only was interested in some but not all of what I need to say. Hopefully she will be more considerations like she usually does. Thank you for all the great care.

Always good experiences at Prohealth. My providers are always sincere caring knowledgeable and engaged!

I did ask Dr Drew about my medical records in the past,( that my primary care provider didn't mention to me about, when I told her how long ago it was), Dr Drew said that my records have never been deleted, no matter how long it's been, even before the computerized version. That they are just on the old filing system and that my primary thought it would be better to have new tests done, (of some of the tests I had done before). I was glad to know that my old files still exist somewhere there. Dr Drew is very knowledgeable and quick to know everything about all of my medical records, visits, and any other info I may have questions on. I really like Dr Drew.

Feel comfortable with Dr. Drew, the check in and out receptionist are not very helpful.
