Dr Schlomer was very helpful and really pleasant. Not my usual Doctor but I would gladly change to Dr Schlomer if I had to.

An additional positive experience the survey didn't ask about is my experience with any Chart. I followed up with an update on mychart shortly after my visit and I received a response (from my provider's PA, who I've also seen before) almost immediately. Although the interface isn't perfect, I've very much enjoyed mychart as a way to quickly reach my doctor without having to play phone tag. Lastly, the nurse/receptionist(?) Who is always there to show patients to the kiosk to check in is always SO on top of her job! She impresses me everytime I go in.

Dr schlomer is always great to visit, he takes his time and always willing to go the extra mile .

Good: Dr. Schlomer is an awesome doctor, and I always have a good experience with him.Bad: Absolutely hate the check-in kiosk system. Always have someone there to assist with it, so why not just have someone check me in and avoid the extra expense and inconvenience of the kiosk.

This appointment was for my annual checkup. I have been a patient of Dr. Schlomer for many years. He knows my medical history well. When I have had medical issues and have needed the care of other physicians, I message him on My Chart. He has been key is discovering medical issues in the past. I trust and respect his judgement. He is warm, friendly, and caring.

I am pleased by my overall health care.

THEY ALWAYS HELP ME UNDERSTAND MY HEALTH PROBLEMS AND OFFER INCOURAGMENT

The phone system is impossible to get to the doctors office. The nurse did not care what I thought of the lack of ability to connect with the office. I'm considering changing all visits to Prohealth.

Have always had a positive experience with Dr. Schlomer and his team. The receptionist personal always personable and helpful. Keep up the positive culture . It's not easy

Dr. Schlomer is exceptional. He is intelligent, compassionate, informative, and really listens to your needs. He's also my children's pediatrician and I couldn't ask for a better clinician.
