Philosophy of care

“My approach to care has always been to meet patients where they are. Because no two patients are exactly alike, they each deserve individualized attention and care plans based on their unique health status, as well as their goals. I believe this builds trust that positively influences their health. My goal is to promote healthy habits patients can build on over time and carry with them for the rest of their lives."

Advanced practice nurse practitioner Hamm works on a care team with Alexis Goss, MD. Together, they address the health concerns of their patients, coordinate medical services and deliver personalized care.
