This class is designed for new parents, grandparents, babysitters, and anyone who wants to learn lifesaving infant CPR and choking relief skills but does not need a course completion card to meet a job requirement. Class fee $20 per family. Please register only one participant per family.

Topics discussed: the birth process, pain management, comfort techniques, medical interventions, induction, epidurals, cesarean birth, and the basics of baby care

Participants will complete the online courses for Labor & Birth, Postpartum Care and Baby Care at their own pace (estimated 6-8 hours to complete) prior to the virtual instructor-led Labor Rehearsal session
