Living with arthritis pain can be debilitating and keep you from doing the things you enjoy. The Arthritis Foundation’s Walk with Ease program is proven to make a big difference in your health – and your life. In just 6 weeks, you’ll learn strategies to better manage your arthritis and experience how moving can make a difference in your life and health. Take control of your health and get back to doing the things that matter to you. Walk with Ease is an evidence-based program designed to help people living with arthritis better manage their pain. It’s also ideal for people without arthritis who want to make walking a regular habit. Sessions consist of group discussion and walking. Class meets three times each week for six weeks (18 sessions).
Class meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, November 4 to December 18 (no class November 18 and 29), 4:45 to 5:45 p.m. at ProHealth Heart & Vascular Center, on the campus of ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital
