It is not acceptable that I have to wait 6 months for the procedure I need. Will be going elsewhere. Provider also forgot to order the procedure. I had to call and ask them to do it.

Holly has a warm and comforting "bedside" manner. She even went above and beyond in providing me with additional information documents on how to share my medical records with non-Epic physicians in addition to recommendations on focusing my physician search in our new location.

Holly seemed to see me as a whole person, not just a body part as some of my specialists have.

Holly M. is the best PA. She should and can be a doctor. She does a better job then some of the doctors that I have had. She is very easy to talk to. She listens very good also.

The male nurse who did my vitals was very good, put me at ease. Holly had looked over my latest test before she saw me. She explained various things to watch for and what medical procedure would be done for me If I experienced any of the things we discussed. I felt that Holly Is very competent medically speaking and also has a personality that puts one at ease.

I have always had excellent when I saw anyone at ProHealth. I have been seeing my primary care and other doctors for 13 years now, since I moved here.

This location does very well.

Due to departure of my doctor follow-up appointments were cancelled four times. This was the first time I saw Holly and was very impressed with her knowledge and concern especially for all my cancelled rescheduled appointments.

Holly was excellent at explaining all my thoughts & needs with my wife & I. I've had many visits over the years with ProHealth & Heart Vascular Center. Excellent care -
