Dr Rita Gnyawali is exactly what Prohealth Mukwonago Pediatrics needed. She is amazing! She is through and reviewed my daughter's health before even seeing her. She knew my daughter had neurological and endocrine issues before walking in the room. She is attentive and listens. She explains things in a man er that was understandable for me. More than anything she took the time with my daughter that we needed, she listened and explained answers to my concerns and still was kind and gentle. She treated my daughter like she was her only patient...even though she has other families to care for. She is an amazing doctor, please make sure to take good care of Dr Gnyawali as your employee...we need her to stay in Mukwonago for a very long time!

We were 10 minutes late for the appt because I got out of work late and work 45 minutes away. The receptionist was very rude about it. A little have and understanding goes a long way. She had absolutely no empathy and was so cold and rude. The nurse was amazing and so understanding. The receptionist could learn a lot about dealing with people from the nurse. It was a night and day experience when it came to dealing with them. Thank you to the nurse for being so understanding and not making me feel like the worst mom in the world.

We were able to get the checkup and the prescription refilled.

It was an exceptionally great experience.

She was friendly
