The Palliative Medicine program includes a team of specialists who collaborate with patients, families and referring physicians to tailor treatment plans that meet each patient’s personal goals and needs.
We focus on the whole person, providing emotional and spiritual support. If you have advanced illness or chronic disease, you may benefit from our services, which include:
They include a palliative medicine fellowship trained physician, an advanced-practice nurse, a master’s prepared social worker and a spiritual care counselor.
