Care Tracking

ProHealth knows how important it is that you receive prompt communication regarding your employee's condition and work status. We also understand the importance of having proper documentation throughout the workers' compensation process. ProHealth provides you with both.

Case management

Case managers contact employers within 24 hours of an employee coming to us for care of a work-related injury or illness and provide employers with the information and documentation needed to make appropriate decisions.

Online employer portal

Our secure, online Client Connection portal allows employers to log-in to their account to:

  • Confirm the status of an injured employee

  • View drug test results from an employee screening

  • Find out when an employee's next appointment is scheduled

As soon as the information becomes available in our computerized system, it's also available to you. And the service is offered free of charge.

Care Team

The goal of the ProHealth team is to help employees return to work as soon as it is medically appropriate and work with them to prevent re-injury. Our clinics are staffed by:

  • Board-certified physicians

  • Certified occupational health nurses

  • Advanced nurse practitioners

  • Certified physician assistants

  • Licensed nurses

  • Occupational therapists

  • Wellness coaches

Return to Work/Stay at Work Services

ProHealth is a long-time provider of health and rehabilitation services for workers who have medical conditions interfering with successful work performance. Our occupational therapy and rehabilitation services include:

Functional capacity evaluation

Functional capacity evaluation provides objective measures for your employee's work capabilities, restrictions or potential modifications.

Job site analysis

A job site analysis may be necessary if the job duties your employee needs to perform are unclear or if there may be potential work accommodations that will help your employee's ability to perform the job. An analysis is also useful in providing objective measurements such as specific weights, rates, processes, and job demands for potential work accommodations. As part of job site analysis, consultative services are available to update job descriptions.

Work rehabilitation (reconditioning/work simulation)

If your employee needs more time, repetition or strength for work, rehabilitation services are available through ProHealth's occupational health services. A work rehabilitation plan may be recommended if the employee is not making gains in preset treatment routine; may be physically deconditioned from time off work; has not progressed from modified duties to regular duties or has a history of recurring injury.

Custom rehabilitation and consultation

Rehabilitation services specific to your employee's needs may also include:

  • Self-management strategies for chronic conditions, including pain

  • Activity modifications, adaptations and devices

  • Rehabilitation case management
