Get back on track with Deliciously Healthy Nutrition Programs

ProHealth Care is offering a series of monthly Deliciously Healthy Nutrition Programs to help you maintain healthy eating habits throughout 2017. The informational programs are scheduled at various ProHealth locations in Waukesha County.

To request a brochure outlining all of the 2017 Deliciously Healthy Nutrition Programs, call 262-928-2745 and provide your name and mailing information.

Remaining classes are:

  • March 9: "Make Your Own Baby Food - Pure and Simple" from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital.

  • March 23: "Eating Out on the Go" from 6 to 7 p.m. at ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital.
     
  • April 2: "You Can't Be Carb Smart!" from 6 to 7 p.m. at ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital.
     
  • May 3: "Vitamins and Supplements - All You Need to Know" from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at ProHealth West Wood Health & Fitness Center.
     
  • May 16: "The Top 20 Functional Foods" from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital.
     
  • June 7: "Updates in Cancer Nutrition" from 6 to 7 p.m. at UW Cancer Center at ProHealth Care.
     
  • July 12: "Volumetrics - More Food, Less Calories" from 6 to 7 p.m. at ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital.
     
  • Aug. 16: "Spice Rack Medicine" from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital.
     
  • Sept. 13: "Healthy Bowels, Healthy You" from 6 to 7 p.m. at ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital.
     
  • Oct. 25: "Boost Your Energy Now!" from 6 to 7 p.m. at ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital.
     
  • Nov. 8: "Holiday Appetizers" from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital.
