Information for those who conduct and collaborate in research
ProHealth Care provides our physicians with a supportive infrastructure to develop and expand their interests in clinical research. For our physicians and others who are conducting or collaborating in research, we provide information about the following:
Human Research Protection Program and Plan: ProHealth Care's Human Research Protection Program protects the rights and welfare of individuals involved in human research that is conducted or overseen by ProHealth Care.
Policies and procedures: Any research conducted or overseen by ProHealth Care must follow a set of rules and guidelines formulated or adopted by ProHealth Care.
Education and training: Researchers, investigators, etc., must complete the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative before they conduct research and before approval can be obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB).
