Revolutionary treatments for fighting tumors
Sophisticated technology has significantly advanced the fight against cancer world-wide and at
ProHealth Care. In addition to participating in national clinical trials, we also equip our facilities
with the latest technology available in the industry in order to help our patients.
CyberKnife® robotic radiosurgery
CyberKnife® is a very precise form of radiation treatment that uses a computer-controlled robotic arm to aim highly concentrated beams of radiation with pinpoint accuracy to tumors. This precisely directed radiation attacks tumor cells while minimizing injury to healthy tissues surrounding the tumor
Chemotherapy uses drugs to destroy or slow the growth of cancer cells. It can be used alone to treat cancer, or it may be used in combination with other treatments, such as surgery, to kill any cancer cells that might remain in the body. It can also be used to help ease signs and symptoms of advanced cancer, such as pain.

Immunotherapy is also called biologic therapy. Its treatment uses certain parts of your body's immune system to fight cancer cells. This may be done by giving you immune system components, such as man-made proteins. It can be used by itself, but is most often used in conjunction with other treatments.

Neuro navigational system
This system integrates CT and MRI imaging to accurately guide the surgeon during complex cranial and spinal procedures.
Many of our patients participate in national studies established by the National Cancer Institute involving major cancer centers throughout the country. These trials offer you access to the most advanced, clinically approved treatments available. Your participation also helps us find solutions to the causes of cancer and improve cancer outcomes.
